An end to the time-consuming cleaning of swell pumps

Ice-Profi special pump (SP) is a new development of a pump system for the production of air impact in soft ice cream machines. With SP, you achieve the same air impact of around 30-70% as with threshold pumps, but without the time-consuming cleaning.
Whereas with conventional swell pumps you have to laboriously disassemble, clean and reassemble between 18 and 28 parts and seals every 72 hours, with the SP system you simply leave it assembled, rinse with an alkaline cleaner and after just 5 minutes the system is ready for use again!
In addition, the handling of swell pumps causes problems for constantly changing personnel. In the worst case, the pump is assembled incorrectly and the functionality is impaired.

The ice mix is sucked in through the hole in the bottom of the cooling tray and "prepared". The ice cream mix then flows directly into the production cylinder. The cleaning of the new pump system takes 5 minutes, as only rinsing is required.
